Highlighting the transition from IS design, it emphasizes the need for dissemination strategies, especially in complex sectors like healthcare. The paper presents an action research case study on a virtual healthy mind community house for North Carolina children, illustrating an effective dissemination approach in the digital era. By detailing a coordinated strategy that overcomes barriers to reach diverse audiences, this initiative demonstrates the importance of strategic dissemination to ensure the impact and relevance of IS solutions amidst rapid technological advancements.

主讲人简介：

Dr. Yajiong (Lucky) Xue is the Teer Chair Professor of Management Information Systems (MIS) and serves as the Director of the Center for Healthcare Management Systems at East Carolina University (ECU). Over the past two decades, Dr. Xue’s focus has been dedicated to researching and delving into the effective utilization of information technologies and other technological innovations. Dr. Xue has authored over 75 peer-reviewed journal publications, including articles in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and Sloan Management Review. Dr. Xue’s work is widely cited, with over 15,800 citations based on Google Scholar. Dr. Xue’s research objectives encompass enhancing individual job performance and quality of life, improving collaboration, efficiency, and team-level performance, as well as assisting organizations in achieving their goals and manifesting their values. Dr. Xue’s expertise spans across management, information systems, and healthcare domains, with a specific focus on applying information technologies in the healthcare sector. Dr. Xue has been an Associate Editor for CAIS since 2009 and has served as the healthcare mini-track chair for the AMCIS since 2014. Currently, Dr. Xue is involved in four multi-million-dollar healthcare grants that utilize IT, including AI, to enhance healthcare access and improve the quality of life, especially for individuals in rural areas.
